Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

Bibione Spiaggia Srl is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Italian Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.
This accessibility statement applies to the website: https://www.bibionespiaggia.com/

Bibione Spiaggia Srl has invested resources to ensure that its website is easier to use and more accessible for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe it is a collective moral obligation to allow everyone to access information, products, or services without encountering obstacles or barriers, so that each individual can live with dignity, equality, and independence.

Bibione Spiaggia Srl continues its efforts to remove any possible digital barriers on its website and to constantly improve the accessibility of its digital services, including through the UserWay PRO accessibility widget: a tool that, also thanks to Artificial Intelligence, allows users to adapt and enhance their browsing experience according to their specific needs.

Enabling the Accessibility Menu

The use of the widget for website users is completely free of charge and helps improve the website’s compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

UserWay PRO provides multiple features to enhance website accessibility and user experience through a dedicated panel accessible by clicking on the widget icon or using the keyboard shortcut CTRL+U, as listed below:

  • Screen Reader: Reads aloud all page content without requiring installation of an external reader.

  • Dictionary: Allows users to consult dictionaries without leaving the website. Essential for people with cognitive disabilities, non-native English speakers, and others.

  • Bigger Text: Increases on-screen text size with four different scaling levels, making all parts of the site immediately more readable.

  • Saturation: Adjusts color intensity to high, low, or grayscale.

  • Contrast: Inverts website colors or switches between light and dark contrast modes.

  • Smart Contrast: Ensures all website colors fully comply with ADA standards, improving content visibility.

  • Highlight Links: Emphasizes links, buttons, and other interactive elements with bright, high-contrast colors, making them easier to identify and improving usability, navigation, and overall accessibility.

  • Pause Animations: Pauses content that moves or updates automatically and may be considered an accessibility barrier, including distracting animations and flashing content that could trigger seizures in at-risk individuals.

  • Text Spacing: Adjusts text and line spacing to improve readability for users with dyslexia and visual impairments, offering three levels of customization for a more accessible reading experience.

  • Line Height: Increases line spacing for more comfortable reading throughout the site.

  • Text Alignment: Aligns website text to the left, right, or center to provide a more personalized and accessible reading experience.

  • Dyslexia-Friendly Font: The “UserWay Dyslexia Friendly” font improves readability and offers a smoother reading experience for visitors with dyslexia.

  • Large Cursor: Increases the standard cursor size by 400% so the pointer is always visible, enabling faster and more accessible navigation through links, tabs, and form elements.

  • Tooltips: Displays alternative text and ARIA labels for on-screen elements with a simple mouse hover. Tooltips are highly visible, high-contrast, and easy to read for visually impaired users.

  • Page Structure: Quickly reveals page headings, landmarks, and links in a clear, structured, easily navigable, and accessible format, helping all users find desired content more quickly.

In addition to the features that users can activate via the accessibility menu, the UserWay PRO widget can detect numerous website non-compliance issues and apply real-time corrections without modifying the source code, but only what is displayed in the browser. This allows the website to be more usable for all end users, including those using assistive technologies.

This accessibility statement considers the non-compliance issues corrected by the UserWay PRO widget as resolved, since the modifications implemented meet the success criteria set out in current regulations. The website therefore provides information accessible to people with disabilities.
