1. SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE BEACH SPOT RENTAL
   The rental of beach equipment includes: use of a beach umbrella with storage tray, two seats, access to restrooms, showers and shared changing cabins, staff assistance service and entertainment activities. Bibione Spiaggia S.r.l. also provides lifeguard and first aid services in compliance with current regulations. The use of playground equipment is free of charge and unsupervised.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
   By making a reservation, the customer declares that they are fully aware of and accept these regulations and that they have received a copy.
3. VALIDITY OF ACCESS PASSES
   The validity of season passes and daily tickets is subject to compliance with these regulations. Violation of even a single provision may result in Bibione Spiaggia S.r.l. terminating the service without refund of the amounts paid.
4. ACCESS DOCUMENTATION
   Customers must keep documentation proving their right to use the services at their beach spot. Anyone using equipment without a valid pass must pay the full daily rate.
5. LOSS OF RECEIPT
   In the event of loss of receipt, a duplicate may be requested: the first duplicate is free of charge; subsequent duplicates are subject to a fee.
6. REFUNDS
   No refunds are provided for season passes under any circumstances (change of mind, weather conditions, high tide, storms, natural disasters, etc.).
7. CHANGE OF BEACH SPOT
   Changes to the reserved beach spot may only be made at the beach ticket offices starting from 14 May, at a cost of € 5.00.
8. SPECIAL REQUESTS
   Bibione Spiaggia S.r.l. reserves the right to assess requests not covered by these regulations and may charge administrative costs.
9. USE OF VOUCHERS AND COUPONS
   Holders of vouchers or coupons must present them at the ticket office to obtain assignment of a beach spot. Occupying a spot without prior assignment is not permitted.
10. DURATION OF ASSIGNMENTS WITH VOUCHERS
    Assignment through vouchers or coupons may be made for a maximum of 4 weeks, extendable up to 8 weeks upon presentation of the accommodation rental contract.
11. SUPPLEMENTS FOR EQUIPMENT
    For each beach spot, only one additional piece of equipment (deck chair, sunbed or director’s chair) may be requested as a supplement, except where specific sector exceptions apply.
12. USE OF EQUIPMENT
    It is forbidden to take chairs or sunbeds from other beach spots.
13. ASSIGNED SPACES
    Chairs and sunbeds may not be moved beyond the assigned space so as to invade neighboring spots.
14. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE
    Each umbrella may accommodate a maximum of four people.
15. USER BEHAVIOR
    Any improper, inappropriate or disturbing behavior is not permitted. In such cases, immediate removal from the beach establishment will occur, with the right to report to the competent authorities and claim compensation for any damages.
16. LIMITATION OF BOOKINGS
    Management reserves the right not to accept bookings from individuals or families who have previously behaved improperly or caused harm to the company or its customers.
17. ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
    Bibione Spiaggia S.r.l. reserves the right to add rows of umbrellas and to relocate customers while maintaining, as far as possible, equivalent conditions to the previously assigned spot.
18. CHANGE OF SPOT FOR OPERATIONAL NEEDS
    For organizational reasons, Bibione Spiaggia S.r.l. may agree with the customer to assign another beach spot, with prior notice.
19. CARE OF EQUIPMENT
    Customers must use equipment carefully and report any malfunction. Users are required to compensate for any damage caused to the equipment.
20. EQUIPMENT CHECK
    Customers are advised to check equipment before use. Staff are available for any issues.
21. LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
    Management is not responsible for theft or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended.
22. TRANSIT AREAS
    The strip of beach between the first row of umbrellas and the boundary markers must remain clear.
23. PROHIBITION OF PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
    Bringing personal equipment onto the beach and hanging towels on umbrellas is prohibited.
24. SPORTING ACTIVITIES
    Sports activities and games are permitted only in designated areas. Management declines all responsibility for any damage.
25. SAFETY ON THE BEACH
    Holes dug in the sand must be filled in.
26. ANIMALS
    Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs for the visually impaired.
27. MEANS OF TRANSPORT
    Cycling or using other vehicles within the establishment is prohibited.
28. HYGIENE OF FACILITIES
    Bathrooms, sinks and showers must be left clean and tidy. The use of shampoo and shower gel in beach showers is not permitted.
29. WASTE DISPOSAL
    Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers. Depositing it elsewhere is prohibited.
30. PROHIBITION OF LITTERING
    Throwing cigarette butts or other waste on the beach is prohibited.
31. SMOKE-FREE BEACH
    Bibione beach is a Smoke-Free area. Smoking is prohibited from the shoreline to the last row of umbrellas. Smoking is allowed only in specifically designated areas.
32. SAFETY IN THE SHORELINE AREA
    Placing equipment within 5 meters of the shoreline or in areas that obstruct transit and bathing is prohibited.
33. PROHIBITION OF FIRES
    Lighting fires on the beach is prohibited. Offenders will be reported to the competent authorities.
34. PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
    Children must use playground equipment under adult supervision. It is dangerous to use equipment wet from rain or to eat while using it. Wear appropriate clothing. First aid number: 118. Fault reports: 0431/439671.
35. LIFEGUARD SERVICE
    GREEN flag: lifeguard service active, favorable conditions for bathing; YELLOW flag: lifeguard service active, potentially risky sea and weather conditions; RED flag: bathing not recommended or dangerous, with or without active lifeguard service. In such circumstances, bathing is discouraged. In case of strong wind, umbrellas must remain closed. Compliance with staff instructions and municipal and maritime ordinances is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in removal from the establishment.

36. NIGHT SURVEILLANCE
    Tourists are informed that night security and surveillance services are active to protect the establishment. After 10:00 p.m., the use of equipment owned by Bibione Spiaggia S.r.l. (umbrellas, gazebos, sunbeds, deck chairs, etc.) is prohibited. Walking is however permitted. Circulating within the establishment with bicycles, scooters, mopeds, unicycles, skateboards or other means that may cause damage to people or equipment is prohibited.
